'Frozen' Music Box Advent Calendar

Was a gift to two of my great nieces aged three and a half. Have sent them a music box advent calendar each year now for two years now and music box Christmas cards for three years. I’m sent videos by their families of them opening and using the cards and calendars and it’s an absolute joy to see their faces. They are often spellbound and delighted with the button press to change/play the music and love to dance to it. The stickers and characters in the advent calendars are a huge hit with them both. I have a third great niece who is only twenty two months and for these younger children the music box cards (as opposed to the more intricate advent calendars) are sufficiently entertaining for them.
My problem now is that I need there to be some more different cards and advent calendars created because the children have received so many of them already. The families in question are keeping them as sort of heirlooms and bring them out each year to entertain the children. They are a truly special gift for young children which is evidenced by their response to using them.
