A toy as well as a card!

My grandson absolutely loves his card. He had loved the one of the jungle that I had given his brother when he had surgery but it’s battery had died after 2yrs.
I was so pleased that you promptly replaced the card when it arrived with a flat battery, very good service!

Prompt replacement of a faulty card

Unfortunately, the initial Pirate Musical card did not work but prompt action by MBC ensured my granddaughter received a replacement within a couple of days. MBC also followed up to check all was OK.
